This Customer Service Agreement Renowned Leadership Coaching is entered into between Renowned Leadership LLC, a state of Wyoming corporation with a mailing address at 12334 Windsor West Dr. Suit 15 Fishers, IN. 46038, and the customer, [Customer Name], with a mailing address at [Address], effective as of the date of acceptance by the customer.

  1. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. The Company agrees to provide customer support services to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  2. SUPPORT SERVICES. The Company will provide support services through email, telephone, or other electronic means. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all customer support inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS. The customer agrees to cooperate with the Company in the performance of the support services, including providing all necessary information and access to the customer's computer hardware and software as reasonably required by the Company.
  4. PAYMENT. The customer will pay the Company the fee for the support services provided under this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the invoice provided by the Company. If the customer fails to pay any amounts due under this Agreement, the Company may suspend or terminate the support services provided to the customer under this Agreement.
  5. TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to the customer if the customer breaches any term or condition of this Agreement.
  6. CONFIDENTIALITY. The Company will maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information of the customer provided to the Company in connection with the support services provided under this Agreement.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the support services provided under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, except for damages arising out of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  8. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
